Industry Influencer is a paid foodservice research panel. We are seeking survey panelists who are active members of the foodservice industry to help guide strategies, innovations and steer the business forward. How do I find my username?
Your username is the email address you used to create your account. If you have issues finding this information, please contact panelinfo@technomic.com.
I forgot my password
Please click the link below and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you are still not able to do so, please email panelinfo@technomic.com and we can reset your password for you.

How do I change the email address associated with my account?
To switch the email address linked to your account, please email panelinfo@technomic.com and ask for it to be changed.
How do I find my research opportunities?
You can view studies you are eligible to participate in by logging into your account and click the “Your Surveys” tab.
How do I delete my Industry Influencer account?
You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe links in the footer or by clicking unsubscribe in your profile. https://technomicpanel.com/unsubscribe/
REWARDS
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by completing surveys, as well as participating in other research studies, such as bulletin board discussions and interviews.
How do I redeem points?
Log in to your account using this link: https://technomicpanel.com/member-login/
Once in your account portal, you will see a “Redeem Points” tab. Click this tab and you will be able to view your total number of points, as well as redeem them for gift cards.
How many points do I need to redeem my rewards?
You need a minimum of 10 points to redeem rewards. Like earning rewards? Challenge yourself to earn 100 points!
What can I redeem my points for?
We offer many different gift card options you can redeem points for. Options include Amazon, Apple, Delta, Macy’s, Sephora and more!
How long does it take to receive my points?
Survey points are typically awarded immediately after completion. Bulletin board and multiple day studies are usually awarded two to three weeks after the study is completed. In order to receive full points for a bulletin board study, you must participate each day that the study is active.
Do reward points expire?
Yes, Industry Influencer rewards expire a year after being credited.
